How it works

  1. Simply choose your product type you are after.  At TicTacToe Design I want you to have a unique experience and end up with a design that is just right for you. I would be delighted to create a custom look for your needs.

    If you have something special in mind, just let me know!  I want you to get a design you will be happy with. If you're not sure, have a browse of my gallery see what appeals... then select a design you like or would like your design based on. Or you may like the colours or fonts of one to be mixed with a different layout. Mix and match - you choose!

  2. Fill in the order form, including the wording you would like and any other specific requests, colours, font styles or themes you would like included. I want you to get the look you are after!

  3. Select a high quality (original) photo or photos that you would like to be used for your design and email it to me photos@tictactoedesign.com.au or upload it/them via the order form. Any editing of your photos, such as colour conversion (to sepia or black & white) and general enhancements are included as part of the product you buy.

    Note: the digital photo/s needs to be as high quality as possible, ensuring a crisp look of your final product. Make sure your digital camera is set at the highest resolution possible. The photos will be large files (as in megabytes) to ensure a great print quality and may take a while to send, depending on your internet connection.

    You can also send me scanned photos, please make sure these are scanned at 300dpi (dots per inch), as this is the resolution I work with when creating your design. I can provide a scanning service for you too, just mention this in your order. If I am waiting on photos in the mail, this will obviously push the production time out by a couple of days.

  4. Within 24 hours I will be in touch to confirm your design request - as I am a work at home Mummy, I typically work in the evenings, so I will let you know when you should expect your first proof.

  5. Once complete, you will be sent a low quality proof to approve - this will not be print quality. You may have up to three variations of the initial proof. A reasonable amount of minor amendments (such as font and colour changes) are included in the price, but additional charges will apply for anything beyond that. I schedule my design work in order of receiving the online order submissions, should I have an unusually large amount of work, I will notify you of any expected delays.

  6. Please pay for your design. You can use PayPal within the Products & Pricing page or you can also transfer the money to my bank account (Australia only).  I will send my bank details to you when your order is confirmed. The sooner I receive your payment the sooner you get your final product!

  7. Once you have approved the proof via return email and I have received your payment. I will email you back the final design, 24-48 hours after that, at which time you can print the design yourself, either at home, online or at a photolab near you.
